TAKETINA takes the power of rhythm into the twenty-first century.
TaKeTiNa is a method that triggers systemic processes, a method that
enables teams to experience themselves as teams and allows them to
obtain new impulses for their organizational action under the aspect of
“experiencing limits” and “transcending limits”. Rhythm is it.

The TaKeTiNa process helps to understand complex systems and their
dynamics in a creative way. It provides an efficient foundation for
managing the important questions of our time.

ABOUT THE TAKETINA RHYTHM PROCESS

Developed by Austrian master percussionist and composer Reinhard Flatischler, TaKeTiNa harnesses the transformative potential of rhythm like no other process, bringing lasting benefits to participants.
It has been successfully used in music acadamies, schools and rehabilitation and psychotherapy clinics worldwide, and is increasingly popular in Europe as a tool for positive organisational change.
Research conducted by the University of Vienna and the University of Berlin in 2008/2009 established that TaKeTiNa can lead to profound states of relaxation by stimulating heart rate variability, and can facilitate the co-operation of the left and right hemispheres of the brain, resulting in improved creativity and lateral problem-solving.
Australian organisations can now also benefit from the TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process as Certified Advanced practitioner, experienced musician and performer Tania Bosak offers individually designed team-building workshops and activities for your organisation.

Hi Tania, Thanks so much for running such a wonderful and inspiring workshop on the weekend - it really was an amazing experience. I keep telling people it changed my life!! I haven't been able to connect with rhythm so deeply like that before Georgina Morrow - Physiotherapist, singer. 2009
Dear Tania
Many, many thanks for your wonderful session at our Summer School. People found it truly inspiring and I wouldn't be at all surprised if you were approached for further sessions, either for TOSA or for the schools of some members.

Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know I really enjoyed the TaKeTiNa experience last Sunday — it was an interesting and thought provoking process for me personally, but it was also enlightening to see how our respective fields of rhythm work and music therapy share a lot of similar ideas and theories.
Rebecca — Music Therapist 2006
That was truly an amazing weekend! I feel quite different...and I couldn't get over how easy it was to lead my choir the following week. It verged on effortlessness!
